Gelegen in Kühlungsborn West am Europäischen Rad und Wanderweg, wohnen Sie in modernen 2 Raum-Komfort-Ferienwohnungen mit separaten Eingang, für bis zu 4 Personen. Die Ferienwohnungen sind 45 und 50 m² groß und befinden sich in der ersten Etage. Sie sind ganzjährig buchbar.

Unsere Gäste erwartet ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch, Kabel-TV und Radio-CD. Eine modern eingerichtete Küche oder Küchenzeile mit E-Herd, Ceranfeld, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach und Mikrowelle. Es gibt ein gut ausgestattetes Bad mit Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Fön. Im gemütlichen Schlafzimmer finden Sie ein Doppelbett, ein Etagenbett und einen dreitürigen Kleiderschrank. Auf Wunsch stellen wir Ihnen ein Kinderbett sowie einen Hochstuhl für unsere kleinen Gäste zur Verfügung (Aufbettung bitte beim Vermieter erfragen).

Unser Haus bietet seinen Gästen einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück, einen abschließbaren Fahrradraum, Fahrradverleih gegen Gebühr, Sitzecke im Garten mit Grill und ein Wäschetrockenplatz. Auf dem Südbalkon mit 4 Stühlen, Tisch und Sonnenschirm können Sie die Ruhe genießen

Im Mietpreis enthalten sind Bettwäsche, Handtücher (Erstausstattung), Strom, Wasser und Heizung.

Nebenkosten sind vor Ort zu entrichten. Endreinigung ab 35,- € und die ortsübliche Kurtaxe nach Saison.

In der unmittelbaren Nähe befinden sich verschiedene Einkaufs- und Erholungsmöglichkeiten. Den Mollibahnhof erreichen Sie in ca. 10, den Strand in 15 Fußminuten. Weitere Sehenswürdigkeiten und sportliche Aktivitäten finden Sie hier.
